As the company’s first ever writer, I was in charge of developing the brand voice from scratch, then bringing it to life across all digital and physical touch points. This immensely challenging yet extremely satisfying undertaking included:
Crafting all website copy (UX, product copy, and marketing)
Establishing the voice for LCM communications (both transactional and marketing)
Creating an authentic social presence (via organic and paid)
Defining a voice for direct marketing and TV
Partnering to create an appropriate tone for all CX communications
