It is never easy to undertake a complete website redesign—especially when you are given carte blanche. But that’s also the best kind of redesign.

After managing their BAU work for some time, T-Mobile for Business came to us with the request for a new site—and very few requirements. In order to scale with ease, we opted for a component-based design system and proceeded from there. We also conducted a complete content audit and delivered a thoughtful strategy that would connect users with the information they need. Finally, we defined a new copy direction, creating a more benefit-driven and human voice and tone.

Project roles: Template development, wireframing, voice and tone development, content strategy, creative direction, creative leadership, and copywriting.
